In 2013, the volleyball hoodie designs I created for Volleybragswag were inspired by two things:

• my passion for animals and 
• an idea I had which was to pick certain wild creatures to represent  each of the six volleyball skills, based on a few of their well known (or not so well known) instincts, habits and characteristics.

Like all volleyball coaches, I focused first on picking a starting team. 

A group of 6-8 players, who I felt had the physical and/or the emotional qualities that would best represent a competitive team with a winning spirit, who'd compete relentlessly for each other and with each other once they stepped on the court.

Volleybragswag All Beast Team - The Starting Six

Let's meet a few of the Volleybragswag All Beast volleyball starting team players.

She leads her team of bandits like Robin Hood, so well, in fact they’re always the first to five.

I created the signature Volleybragswag ball while working with a designer who originally started out by just creating a word logo. 

I thought the word logo by itself was unremarkable and boring. 

But a word ball...now that's one of the most interesting volleyball t shirt ideas created for a logo. 

The ball is our trademarked logo and appears in all of our Volleybragswag volleyball t shirt ideas and designs in one way or another.
