And I know how to do it correctly.
I'm a seasoned coach with over 15 years of experience here in Las Vegas but I've coached all over the United States in clinics and camps on over 31 D-I campuses and universities as well as numerous clinics and my own summer camps, so I know firsthand how personalized, expert one-on-one instruction can transform a player's performance.
If you're a goal-oriented player aiming for college recruitment or looking to be a starter on your school varsity team my private volleyball coaching sessions are tailored to help you achieve your goals.
Let me show you how I've helped tons of players in Vegas and in surrounding areas for years with my style of one-on-one and small group training that in a short amount of time elevates your game skills so that you achieve "next level" confidence and playing abilities.
I'm so proud of Turi Trainor who I privately coached her last couple of years in high school. Such an amazing athlete and hard worker, Turi is now a sophomore at Washington and Lee University and has helped lead her team to a 13-0. This past summer of 2024 she joined my Breakfast Club for College Players group as well as completed some private sessions in order to prep for her college season.
Adams State Division 2 libero Sierra Leone has been one of my private volleyball coaching clients since she was in middle school, high school and now in college seen here with Turi and Kenny working on setting drills warmups during the 2023 Breakfast Club for College Players college prep sessions.
College volleyball demands a higher level of
Unlike high school or club team practices, my private volleyball coaching allows for extremely targeted improvement in areas specific to your needs and goals.
I know that paying attention to technical details like how you run on the court to get to a ball are just as important as what you do when you actually get to the ball.
I believe that learning how to cover large distances in short amounts of time in defense should be treated as a priority because it will help you get to balls quicker than other players on your team.
The roll or barrel roll is one of the several acrobatic individual defense techniques you can use to collapse to the ground after finishing a volleyball dig that takes you off balance.
I don't just focus on just performing the skill itself because I know its just as important to know what to do and where body parts need to be, before, you perform the skill and after you perform the skill.
I am a college prep coach and my specialty is training not only the physical aspects of what happens in college but also prepare you for the increase in the mental stress that comes with "next level" competition.

I share alot of individual, partner and easy-to-do volleyball serving drills we do in class with my followers.
Many of these volleyball practice drills you can do at home by yourself or try at your next practice with your teammates.
If you're a B team or JV player trying to make varsity next year...your goal should be to complete 1000 reps a day of at least three of the basic skills on your own...volleyball passing, serving and setting should be at the top of the list.
