Kerri Walsh is known as the taller half of the all-time winningest beach volleyball duo in the history of the game. 

Kerri, and her partner Misty May Treanor teamed up in 2001.

Together they set numerous records earning the nickname "the greatest beach volleyball team of all time."

They...

• won three Olympic gold medals in 2004, 2008, 2012
• won three FIVB World Championship titles  in 2003, 2005, and 2007
• 112 consecutive matches in a row over a three year period
• in their first Olympics they went undefeated winning all seven Olympic matches without dropping a set
• in the 2008 Beijing Olympics they again went undefeated winning all of their Olympic matches winning each one in three sets

In 2012 the duo extended their Olympic match winning streak to 34 consecutive matches win they won their third Olympic gold medal in the London Olympics

• FIVB Best Hitter (5): 2005, 2006, 2007, 2012, 2016
• FIVB Best Offensive Player (2): 2007, 2014
• FIVB Most Outstanding (4): 2007, 2012, 2013, 2014
• FIVB Sportsperson (5): 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2012
• FIVB Tour Champion (1): 2002 (with Misty May-Treanor)
• Sportswoman of the Year Award (2): 2004 and 2006 (with Misty May-Treanor)

Kerri is known worldwide for her big block at the net. 

The FIVB awarded her the Women's FIVB World Tour "Best Blocker" award from 2005 - 8, 2011 -12 and for the year 2014. 

A devastating spiker, Kerri won the Women's FIVB World Tour "Best Hitter" award  from 2005 - 2007, 2012 and 2016. 

She shared the FIVB Best Attacker award with teammate Misty May Treanor in 2007, and won it by herself in 2014.
