I do not believe I have a specific accessory that helps me play well necessarily, I think it's all heart.
What pregame habits, rituals, or superstitions do you have to do before every game?
Music in the locker room, and then I always pray before each match during the National Anthem.
Who or what inspires you to play well in each match that you play in?
Playing for God is my inspiration first and foremost. Second, my teammates and coaches inspire me to be great, so ultimately, it all comes back to them.

Many of these volleyball practice drills you can do at home by yourself or try at your next practice with your teammates.
If you're a B team or JV player trying to make varsity next year...your goal should be to complete 1000 reps a day of at least three of the basic skills on your own...volleyball passing, serving and setting should be at the top of the list.
